Unbelievably inexpensive and easy to use, especially compared to the overly complicated and expensive 'reputation management' platforms out there. We went from paying several hundred dollars per month and needing to put our staff through a week-long training just to use our old service to $69/mo and instant adoption by our staff. Do yourself a favor and give this a try if you use a web-based CRM or can get your contacts into a web form.
