...seems to just copy the original file url each time? am I perhaps doing something wrong?

Simple, fast, useful, works. That's exactly what I needed. Sometimes it blows my mind to download an image, convert it, copy/paste to destination CSS and then delete that temporary downloaded file... Thanks to author for saving my nerves ))
