it does not downloaded and all of my progress is gone thank you for nothing.

It's the best, and I have two requests. 1. it would be nice to be able to save chat transcripts as well. (Another extension I was using before recorded the chat area as well). 2. when saving, I would like to see the progress. The circular loading display is stuck, so I don't know if it's stuck in error or in progress.
