Can't use the app with my "version of Android." This isn't a new phone. Is there an update coming?

Hi there, this app was really good until few days ago. Keeps crashing on my fone, soon I open the app it closes itself. Have reinstalled but still same. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Edit: All sorted now. If it helps anyone else, here's what I did. Clear your cache for the app , Uninstall then install again. Working great again!!
