FG Connect

FG Connect by FGIS gives FGIS clients a secure way to manage key insurance tasks from their Android device.

The app helps clients access policy-related information, complete documents, submit requests and stay up to date with claim activity.

• View and manage insurance-related documents
• Lodge and track claims
• Upload supporting claim documents and photos
• Request cover and complete declarations
• Review and sign disclosure documents
• Receive important notifications and updates
• Access contact, privacy and terms information

FG Connect is designed for clients of FTIB Limited, trading as FG Insurance Services (FGIS).

Depending on your account and services, the app may allow you to:
• verify your identity by mobile or email
• review claim and policy information
• provide documents, declarations and signatures
• use your camera or file picker for uploads
• receive service notifications related to your account

Some features are only available to existing FGIS clients with eligible account access.
