Trying to fix things that you can't do on a device using the web interface is just frustrating I can't see this company anything that is advertised on its website. Alternatives like XERO have their weakness too, but are waaaaaay better to use for both efficiency, interaction and ease of use. Safe to say I'm not a fan.

We still recive calls from management asking about information that was loaded against jobs - reason being, is that they find it just as hard to find/search for information that has been returned/completed. Defeating the purpose of even having this platform in place. After 5 years of being forced to use this platform it has had one rebrand and only minor improvements to stability. Finally we are dropping this platform and moving after years of complaints.

2018-12-19	A *****	Easy forms is terrible. I use it every day for work. It's not user friendly and constantly crashes. Very frustrating. I'm currently unable to adjust the stupid clock. I'd give it less than one star if that was an option.
