AMI have never had a great customer portal setup, and I've just been reminded of this. Adding cover for a new item is fine, but the payments side of things is confusing at best. Example: I'm paying a policyby annual credit card deduction and I want to change this to a regular direct debit. It says I'm paying it by bank account (not credit card). Trying to change this just ends up in a loop, including that it will not accept our bank account name, so I'm going to have to join the phone queue.
