This app is a staff networking and business productivity platform designed for Frondesk partners.

It helps partner organizations connect their staff, collaborate efficiently, and manage day-to-day productivity within a secure digital environment.

Media and File Access:
This app may request access to photos and videos to allow users to upload profile images, share work-related media, and attach photos or videos to business communications or productivity features within the organization’s network.

Photos and videos are only accessed when the user chooses to upload or share media inside the app.

Call Log and Recording Access:
Call Log permission is required to enable automatic business call tracking and CRM logging functionality.

If system call recording is enabled on the device, existing recording files may be synchronized only after explicit user consent and folder access permission via Storage Access Framework (SAF). The app does not independently record calls.

All call metadata, optional recording files, and uploaded media are securely transmitted to authorized enterprise backend systems and are used solely for business communication tracking, reporting, and compliance purposes. No data is used for advertising or marketing.
