App crashes when you open it. Feels like an alpha version.

This is a terrible app. I do not know how this can be launched to customers. No testing was done by the qa team for sure. Simple things like the keyboard going over the input field. Can not create a new account. And when we loging with our existing account the app crashes. Also no support team will contact you to try and resolve the issues.
