I just started using this tool since cold applying has not been working as well for me. This tool is a perfect way to keep all the applications in one place, create optimized resumes for every job application, and even generate answers asked in the application process using your resume. It not only facilitates an easier process, but gives us job seekers a chance to match against the ATG systems now being used by many HR depts. I hope to see positive effects soon!
