Too poor sign up process. I registered with my email in web. Then when to login it asks phone number option only. When attempted to login with phone number, it says no user and password match. It's havocs on the first bite

I have booked an appointment for ENT in TUTH hospital but i cannot print appointment letter. My money was deducted through esewa by midas technology. My money is wasted now. I didnot even got appointment time and token. This app is waste of money.
