Worst internet service provider I've used. I'm on a 75 Mbps plan, but the speed drops to kbps just 5-10 meters away from the router. Every time I call customer support, the only advice I get is, "Stay closer to the router." What am I supposed to do? hang the router around my neck so the internet works properly? My advice even if it costs a little more, go with another ISP. Paying extra for a stable connection is far better than paying for speeds you never actually get
