Features & Capabilities

flexibus+ offers two types of service for Swaffham and the surrounding area.

Commuter Service
If you’re travelling to Swaffham for work, or you want to connect with First Excel buses towards King’s Lynn or Norwich or Konectbus route 11 towards Watton and Dereham, book with flexibus+. You can book a pick up from anywhere in the flexibus+ zone from 07:00 on Mondays to Fridays, and the bus will drop you off in Swaffham by 07:45.

Demand Responsive Service
Monday to Friday our F2 service operates between 09:30 and 14:30. We run our F2 on Saturdays too, between 07:00 and 19:00. You can book to be picked up and dropped off anywhere in the flexibus+ zone.

The vehicle is fully accessible and concessionary bus passes can be used. Children under 5 travel free.

Worst app ever

Essential features appear and disappear, I gave up getting a return ticket and phoned the call centre. The next time I went in any option to book anything had disappeared. My partner's account is both active and deactivated so she can't book a journey. Feels like being told that only car owners are allowed to live in a rural village
