BerserkOS Fleet

BerserkOS Fleet is the work app for guides and bus drivers who work together in teams during cruise calls in Western Norway.

Local freelancers, students and permanent employees coordinate via the app: register interest in cruise calls, receive assigned tours with complete itinerary and guide scripts, see which team you are working with, and register working hours.

When you start an assigned tour, you actively share your location with dispatch managers to coordinate bus movements and port security during the cruise window — critical when multiple ships are docked at the same time with thousands of passengers.

Location sharing is per-trip and user-initiated. You must explicitly agree before each trip, and sharing stops automatically when the trip is completed. Location is only shared with your work team during active work trips — never outside of a work context.
