Cope - psykologtime og drop-in

Talk to the psychologist when you need it from your mobile or tablet - whether at home, at the cabin or on vacation. Everyday problems can suddenly occur, but waiting for help is often long. Cope is designed to make it easier to talk to a psychologist who has experience with the challenges you face throughout life.

Our psychologists are authorized by the Norwegian Psychological Association, where most work daily at the CoperioSenteret in Trondheim. We also collaborate with psychologists around the country, either privately practicing or belonging to other psychology centers.

Opening hours

Cope is open from 8-22 on weekdays and from 10-22 on Saturdays and Sundays. Some of our psychologists also accept appointment on holidays. You choose whether you want to book traditional treatment hours (45 min) or drop-in time (15 min) with us.

To book an hour, visit our website cope.no, press "book an hour" and choose whether you want to book an hour ahead of time or if you need to talk to someone as quickly as possible.

If you select "Book an hour", you choose which psychologist you want to talk to and find free time in their calendar.
If you select "Order drop-in", you will be queued and called by the next available psychologist. You will not be able to choose which psychologist you want to talk to when ordering drop-in time.

What can you talk to the Cope psychologists about?

Small and big challenges happen every single day, and it is not always possible to talk to your partner, friend or family member about the things you worry about. Whether it's your own mental health, how someone you know has it, whether you have questions about child rearing or need help coping with more specific disorders such as depression, anxiety, phobias or eating disorders, our psychologists are here to help you. No worries are too small and often you just need to get some good advice or suggestions on solutions to feel better. With Cope, we want to lower the threshold to seek help when things are not going well. You don't have to go alone with your thoughts. Often it helps to talk to someone about it.

Cope is a digital psychology service developed by CoperioSenteret AS that was founded in 2003. Our psychologists have daily conversations with students, young people and adults, and they have extensive experience with mental disorders and everyday challenges affecting people of all ages.

The Cope psychologists cannot diagnose the Internet. If you need a more comprehensive survey of your mental health, you can call CoperioSenteret AS on tel. no. 73 92 92 30 and book an hour for physical attendance.

The psychologist service meets all Norwegian requirements for information security in the health and care service. The app is secured at the highest security level with activation through BankID.
