2025-01-21	Fe*****	After latest update, login is impossible with my company as Microsoft's SSO does not work (as usual). I had to type in my password several times before the app asked me to download Microsoft Intune and enroll my phone - only I ALREADY HAVE DONE THAT. No backup login method (e.g. SMS) is provided. For an app used irregularly and often started when one is already stranded in some airport in farawaystan, this is unforgivable.

Generelt uforståelig interface; man vet ikke hvor man er eller hvor man skal trykke og hvilken handling trykket utfører. Og av en eller annen grunn får man annet utvalg av hoteller i appen enn på web? I appen får jeg kun "alternative hoteller" - alternative til hva?? Måtte inn på webløsningen for å finne det jeg var ute etter.

Ble nå igjen logget ut, uten noen som helst grunn. Går det an å gi null stjerne? 2019: Nothing to write home about. Logs me out all the time. Password impossible to remember. Does not even remember my email address so I have to punch in everything every time. Frustrating. When I am logged in the functionality is OK.

2018-04-30	A *****	When opening flight details, there is a "Check in" button. This took me to the SAS check-in page in an in-app browser, but with no fields filled out and no obvious way to fill them. Had to go back, copy the reference, "Check in" again, paste it and type my last name. Then SAS tells me check-in is not available for 20 hours. App has room for improvements, though changing my return flight seems to work smoothly (I tried all but confirming the change).
