User Reviews

EDIT : I've just tested latest version 1.1. What is done is simply to erase History entries as soon as they written. Nothing more, a task performed by several other extensions. I was puzzled because of the title description, "Extension to disable the tracking of URLs of browser histories." which should rather be, IMHO, "Extension to remove instantly browser history (hence history tracking)." : I had in mind some sort of process which would have prevented sites from glancing at a user's history without disabling history per se. Score remains 3 stars here given the extension is not revolutionary :) --- Scoring a neutral 3 stars because I haven't been able (initial version 1.0) to understand what the extension actually performs. The add-on is presented as "Extension to disable the tracking of URLs of browser histories.". I linger to understand in what way other than disabling history in Firefox's prefs. Hence, the extension might have some potential and it is a work in progress as I understand the commits on its GitHub repository, mainly in terms of the interface given the core code remains but, again, what does it perform exactly, what does disabling the tracking of URLs of browser histories mean exactly? No idea at this point. I'm staying tuned.
