Not a ronin but a rurouni, he was never a samurai, but an assassin "Hitokiri Battōsai" who participated in the Bakumatsu war in the early Meiji era. His travels lead him to Tokyo in the 11th year of the Meiji era, where he befriends a female Kendo master, a former thief, a brawler and a doctor all with their own secrets. Together they fight off the enemies surfacing from the dark past that Kenshin cannot escape.

I've literally had this on my chrome ever since middle school which was 8 years ago. This is how much the wallpaper represents my five stars and everyone else's :D Thank you for this as it brings back a lot of memories everytime I see it. If there was a favorite section for users, I'd add this to my list in case it got lost
