It supports 4-6-player games (up to 8 total), Bock rounds with automatic calculation, and three counting variants. It also lets you add players during a round, edit the last game, view round-end accounting, and save rounds automatically with CSV export via email.

Best of all, this free, ad-free app uses minimal permissions (SD-Card for saves), stores data locally, and is optimized for Android. Save games can be shared or imported into Excel for analysis.
