NotaBene is a Chrome extension that allows you to put sticky notes on web pages. The notes are saved automatically and remain until you decide to remove them, even if you restart your browser. To use NotaBene, click the yellow N in the upper right of your browser. A note will appear at the top right of the page, which you can move, resize, and write your notes in!

I thought this was going to be the one... direct, super-simple interface. Problem is, it doesn't seem to be able to tell when I'm navigating between pages of the same website. Notes don't stay with pages.

Супер! Перепробовал несколько расширений - это более менее. Да,нет возможности менять шрифт но заметка не пропадает со страницы не летает по странице как некоторые другие. Зато есть возможность растянуть хоть на всю страничку и уместить весь текст который вам нужен.Размещать можно сколько угодно заметок
