WOMsys Monteurs

WOMsys Monteurs is the mobile app for maintenance and service technicians who work with WOMsys. All the information the technician needs is right at hand — on the road, on location, or at the customer's.

What can you do with the app?

- View, open, and update assigned work orders directly
- Adjust status (in progress, completed, forwarded)
- Take photos of work orders, badges, or malfunctions
- Record remaining work when a job cannot be fully completed
- Report malfunctions including GPS location via the built-in map
- Keep a logbook per customer or location after a QR scan
- Push notifications for new work orders and scheduling
- Log in quickly using fingerprint or facial recognition

Who is it for?

WOMsys Monteurs is intended for employees of companies that use the WOMsys work order management platform. You need an account created by your employer. The app cannot be used without an account. Privacy and Data

We only process the data necessary to execute work orders: account, work order data, uploaded photos, and — only with explicit consent — the GPS location during a fault report.
