Why is bus 2 in Eindhoven not only late but also not updated in the app? It has been several times that I had been waiting for it based on the information, but is never showed up for more than ONE full hour?

Ik heb op twee verschillende dagen een bus proberen te reserveren. Op beide dagen is het niet gelukt. Of ik kan mijn woonplaats niet als bestemming kiezen of het crashed bij reservering (stopt met werken voor tijden na 21:00) Conclusie, het werkt gewoon niet waarvoor het bedoelt is. Je wordt gewoon genoodzaakt om te bellen voor reserveringen.
