Isa Zorg

Isa is the help app with digital signaling and crisis plans for clients in mental health care, youth care, probation and other institutions.

These are the functionalities of the app:

1.⁠ ⁠Signaling plan
The practitioner completes a personal signaling plan in Isa together with the client. This signaling plan is divided into phases. Not a paper plan that stays in a drawer, but a practical digital tool for daily use.

2.⁠ ⁠Push notifications
Isa can send push notifications that ask the client to indicate which phase he/she is in at that moment. The frequency/timing of these push notifications can easily be set by the practitioner. This encourages the client to check in at least once a day to see how things are going.

3.⁠ ⁠Personalized promotions
Personal actions can be linked to each client in Isa per phase. For example, consider texting a friend, listening to music or watching a Netflix series. In this way, the client receives concrete tools to take action after identifying an increase in phases that can bring him/her back a phase.

4.⁠ ⁠Telephone contact
The client can also contact someone directly by telephone via Isa from her/his personal contact list (which can be completed with the practitioner) or with a crisis service. In this way, the threshold for seeking help when necessary is lowered as much as possible.

5.⁠ ⁠Reminder function
Isa's reminder function contains matters that have been discussed with the practitioner, which can be read by the client at any time.

6.⁠ ⁠Diary
The client can keep a diary in Isa and use short notes to indicate how things are going at any time of the day. These notes can be discussed between practitioner and client. Isa is a complete personalized digital aid tool that can be applied within treatment.
