Never aign up for trial! You cannot cancel it online and then you have to pay for 12 months. How come sign up is online but for trial cancellation you have to call or send email!? They just want to trap you in mandatory 1 year subscription (which is expensive and not worth it). This is fraud and must be banned.

Never sign up for 3 months trial. This is like fraud. There is a minimum 12 months (starting after free period) and they don't let you cancel it. Perhaps this minimum 12 months is mentioned somewhere in terms and conditions when you sign up, but so hidden that you won't notice it and then you wnd up paying for it for at least a year. I don't understand how EU allows this.
