Using the app and participating in the challenges will improve your vitality and reduce absenteeism due to illness.

Participating companies reward you as an employee with Spaarfit points. For these points you can buy all kinds of Lifestyle related products in a specially designed online store. Your efforts are converted into a piece of "healthy wages".

The Challenges that yes will do are very diverse in nature and are adapted per company. The planning can also be completely adjusted in consultation with, for example, a company health and safety service or P&O department of the company. The challenges are for every level and are also built up step by step. They are easy to follow and implement for everyone.

The app has been developed in collaboration with experienced lifestyle coaches and other specialists. Their expertise forms the basis for every challenge.
