Your World

Challenge your habits Your World lets you experiment with new habits that are good for your mental resilience. We use the Healthy Mind Platter from Prof. Daniel Siegel, the founder of "interpersonal neurobiology". The Healthy Mind Platter is comparable to the disk of five for healthy nutrition, but a disk of seven for mental resilience. In Your World we have added an eighth ingredient ("earth time"). Dealing with the planet sustainably can also indirectly increase your mental resilience.

Change your world. The eight ingredients have been translated in Your World into a mountain landscape with its own mountain for each ingredient. You will soon be asked to determine the height and shape of each mountain. You do this by indicating how much you need of each ingredient (button "need") and how much you are actually working on these daily ingredients (button "really").
If you then look at your mountain landscape, you can see which mountains need your attention to maintain or improve your resilience.
For each "mountain" we offer you a number of short "challenges" (daily habits) that are good for your mental resilience and as a beneficial "side effect" have a positive effect on the world around you.
