It more or less works, but it's not convenient to use. My main issue is with this company's business model. They make deals with big commercial real estate companies (and are in fact funded by some of them) who annually charge renters for using this app (via service costs). I have never explicitly agreed to this, and there is no way to opt out. Area of People does not provide enough value to justify having to pay well over 100 euros in just a few years. If this is legal it shouldn't be.
