Rhenen Highlights

The app is the start of a cultural-historical discovery tour through Rhenen and the surrounding area. For each highlight, further information is provided, a number of facts are mentioned and you can answer a quiz question.

Rhenen has many cultural-historical places and buildings. Unfortunately, much of it was destroyed in the Second World War. The reconstruction took place in the style of the Delft School, which is clearly visible in the center of the city.

Moreover, Rhenen is located in a unique nature reserve. Surrounded by the Grebbeberg, the Grebbe Line, the Lower Rhine and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park, it offers residents and visitors many possibilities. Many nature lovers, hikers and cyclists like to come here regularly.
