Slow Speed

Slow Speed ​​Pilot: Research shows that exercise is important. This app encourages people at increased risk for Parkinson's disease to exercise more. The app measures your steps and heart rate and monitors your progress toward your weekly goals. A virtual coach provides encouragement.

NOTE: The Slow Speed ​​app is for participants in the Radboud University Medical Center study. If you are not participating in this study, you cannot use the app.
