I ordered 7 plants and downloaded the app as instructed....I use the website names in my order to add my plants and it keeps showing "oops, can't find that plant" like....it's your app...how did you guys miss this crucial step.... ideally I should log in and my order is there and I can select what Planta from my order to add to the app. so far, completely useless as I can't even add the plants I bought from you guys....wild.
