This is confusing for customers. I spoke to OHRA as they contacted me and the matter is sorted! Reaching out to loyal customers is key 🗝️.

2023-02-23	*****	This app doesn't work. It crashes on startup, and just gives a generic "something has gone wrong" error message. I've contacted their support department, but after about a month I've yet to receive anything but emails asking for my personal details (which have no bearing on the issue), and no solution of any kind. I'm considering moving to an insurer that has a working app, and actually takes complaints seriously. Steer clear of this one. EDIT (version 6.2.0): The problem still persists.

2022-12-31	*****	Tried to upload the invoice from the doctor, a pop-up appears: chose your attachment. Not an active link, I cannot select anything. I go to the website and that button works but I can only attach from my pictures folder. I happen to have a pdf in my downloaded folder that I cannot access. I guess I will have to print it and then take a picture, for now I gave up.
