FitStap

The FitStap app is part of the innovative exercise of Royal Walk Bond Netherlands (KWBN). With FitStap you feel in 12 weeks (again) fit and vital. It is not only important enough exercise. The combination of a healthy mind in a vital body is key. Therefore, in addition to walking training focus on nutrition, motivation / coaching and cognitive fitness. You train once a week in a group, accompanied by a FitStap coach. In addition, you train twice a week independently, inspired by the app. Thanks to the commands and tips in the app you will actively busy with adjusting your lifestyle.

The FitStap app includes:

• Tracking of your run routes, distance and speed
• Inspiring assignments in the field of nutrition, coaching and cognitive fitness
• Motivating tips on diet, lifestyle, fitness and cognitive coaching
• Possible contact with other participants and your coach FitStap
