KoerierPlatform

KoerierPlatform is a platform for physical transport services. Customers book the pickup and delivery of furniture, purchases, and other goods. Couriers manage available jobs, daily routes, supporting documents, chat, invoices, and payments.

As a customer, you add pickup and delivery addresses, items, dimensions, weight, photos, schedules, and instructions. You view the price, initiate a payment via Mollie, and then track job status, chat, invoices, refunds, and reviews.

As a courier, you view and filter jobs, claim a suitable ride, access route and stop information, start remote navigation, and upload a supporting photo or document when required for execution.

Safety and control:

• Users can report messages, accounts, reviews, images, and support content;

• Users can block other users;

• Account deletion can be requested in the app and via a public webpage;

• Broad Android access to photos, videos, and external storage is blocked; • The app does not contain an advertising SDK or cross-app tracking as long as the release dependencies remain unchanged.

KoerierPlatform does not sell digital content. Payment via Mollie applies exclusively to the physical transport service.
