Zelfs met statief en studio lamp worden de foto afgekeurd. Alle tips gevolgd. Na 35 minuten opgegeven.

Doesn't accept ID pictures. I'll just don't get a creditcard then... Edit: Eventually it worked when I usedy passport instead of drivers license.

When taking pictures, both sides of my driving license are a 'success', and the next page 'something went wrong', without specifying what. Helpdesk said to just use a different form of identification.
