ARIA

ARIA is a self-help app for people whose lives have become smaller due to anxiety, panic attacks, and avoidance. A week has 168 hours; ARIA is there for those moments when you are not seeing a practitioner, are on a waiting list, or want to get started on your own.

What you will find in ARIA
- A personal weekly plan with short exercises that adapts each week to how you are doing and your feedback.
- Guided exercises with audio: breathing, grounding, progressive muscle relaxation, body scan, and panic guidance for the moment itself.
- An exposure ladder to reclaim, step by step, what you have started avoiding.
- Knowledge articles on anxiety, panic, and worrying, in plain language.
- A coach to talk to: an AI assistant that helps you think about what is on your mind. Not a therapist, not a doctor, but a listening ear at any hour of the day.
- Questionnaires (GAD-7 and PHQ-9) to track how you are doing, with your progress visualized. - A safety plan, a letter for a loved one, and an emergency button with immediate help.

- An exercise plan at your own pace.

How ARIA works
The exercises are based on techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and metacognitive therapy. ARIA explains the origin of a technique and lets you practice with it. You discover for yourself what it does for you.

Free and Pro
The basic version is free. With ARIA Pro, you get access to all modules and the coach without limitations. Subscriptions are charged via your Google account and can be cancelled at any time via Google Play.

Privacy
ARIA does not display advertisements. Your data is stored encrypted in the EU. Messages to the coach are processed by our AI provider; you can read how this works in the privacy statement. You choose whether we may measure how you felt about ARIA; this is turned off by default. You can delete your account and all data yourself. More at downloadaria.com/privacy.
