Event Workforce is the planning system for events: one place where the schedule is located, where the crew clocks in, and where the hours are accurate. From the first shift during setup to the final hours after dismantling.

WHAT THE APP DOES

Planning and staffing
Enter your roles, schedule shifts under them per day, and see at a glance
which lines are still open, which are partially arranged, and which are finalized.
By crew company, by role, by day.

Clocking in and out
Crew clocks in on site, on their own phone, or at a fixed point at the
entrance. The times land immediately at the location where the hours are checked.
No one needs to retype anything.

Works even without coverage
On site, the network drops out, and that is exactly the moment when clocking in takes place. The app continues to work and synchronizes as soon as the connection is restored.

See who is where
Your bars and posts on the site map, showing who is
actually standing there at this moment. Handy if someone is missing somewhere and you need to know
where to get them from.

Checking and exporting hours
Review the clocked hours, correct what needs to be corrected, and export
to CSV or Excel for payroll.

Crew companies, permissions, and audit log
Every crew company sees its own people and no one else. You assign who is allowed to do what by role. Everything that changes is recorded in the audit log with name and time.

own shifts, your own clocked hours.

LOG IN

You receive your account from the organization you work for — you do not create one yourself. The same account works in the browser and on the desktop.

One thing to know: Google only evaluates an app that immediately asks for a login if you provide a test account with the release. That field is located under "App access", not here — do not leave it empty, as that is the usual reason for a first submission being rejected.
