2024-10-04	Il*****	Inloggen met de DigiD app gaat niet. Als ik op die optie klik, word ik doorgestuurd naar de DigiD app, en die sluist me (zonder me in te laten loggen) direct weer terug naar de Just app. Ik krijg niet eens de kans om een code in te tikken oid. En de Just app is niet bruikbaar zonder in te loggen. Vanuit de web omgeving gaat dit wel goed, dus moet aan de app liggen...
Inloggen met de DigiD app gaat niet. 2024-07-30	Pa*****	Just staat sinds kort alleen nog maar inloggen via de DigiD app toe. Andere inlogmethoden van Didid zoals 2FA per SMS zijn niet langer mogelijk. De DigiD app werkt echter niet op alle telefoons. Hierdoor ben ik effectief buiten gesloten van de Just app en kan ik geen gebruik meer maken van mijn zorgverzekering via de app. Dit zou voor mij zelfs reden zijn om volgend jaar naar een andere zorgverzekering over te stappen aangezien Just alles zo veel mogelijk via de app probeert te regelen.

The app is only available in Dutch - even though it would not take much to provide an option to see menu items and data descriptions in other languages

2022-08-23	Th*****	Reported July 2021 about problems logging in with DigiD. They replied that they would at least add a proper error message. A year later this is still/again an issue. Browsers are not too blame (got 3 and European login DOES open a browser). In-app error message is STILL absent. If it IS related to root detection from their "Onegini" provider: stop being stupid, everyone has access to root permissions on their desktop and that's never been an issue.
