ContactPortaal is the mobile app for residents, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders of projects working with the ContactPortaal platform. Easily stay up to date on developments regarding a project in your neighborhood.

With ContactPortaal you can:

• Read news and publications – receive the latest updates and announcements about your project.

• View and download documents – view relevant documents, drawings, and letters.

• Exchange messages – ask your question directly to the project team and follow the response.

• Submit reports – report a complaint or comment, including a photo and location on the map.

• Manage your details – keep your profile and contact information up to date.

The app works by invitation: you log in with the account you received from the project organization. This ensures you always have secure access to the information relevant to you, conveniently organized in one place.

ContactPortaal was developed for projects in the Netherlands and is available entirely in Dutch.
