Herdenking

On May 4 and August 15 we commemorate Dutch war victims. With the Memorial app you take one of those victims out of obscurity for a while. This is possible on one of these days, but of course also at another time.

The more than 180,000 war victims are of all ages. The oldest victim is 102, the youngest 0 years old. This app allows you to select an age to commemorate a victim who died at this age. Or you can search for a victim by name. Then you can commemorate him or her for one minute. You can do this with your eyes closed: your phone will vibrate for a moment after that minute.
