Bijles Bèta

Bijles Bèta is the app for tutors from Bijles Bèta. You register your tutoring sessions on the go, keep track of your students, and wrap up each month in a few steps — without having to sit at your laptop.

TRACK YOUR TUTORING SESSIONS
Add a tutoring session as soon as it has finished. Select the student, the date and times, indicate whether it was a trial lesson or if you incurred travel expenses, and add a short note. You see all your tutoring sessions in one overview, with a filter by student.

YOUR STUDENTS
For each student, you see class, subjects, phone number, and the status of the punch card or package. Call or WhatsApp a student directly from the app.

CLOSE THE MONTH
At the end of the month, you go through your tutoring sessions in four steps and provide feedback per student. This way, the office knows exactly how things are going, and you keep your records up to date without any hassle.
