This app version of our online portal has been specially developed for you as a flex employee, hirer and intermediary of BackOfficer Eidnhoven


For flexible employees

As a flex employee, you can easily report your hours worked via the app. You can view and digitally sign time sheets, pay slips and other relevant documents here. And the push notifications ensure you don't miss anything. In addition, expenses and reservations can be written in the app. You can also upload attachments, such as a photo of a receipt or train ticket.


For hirers

Of course, as a hirer you can also complete and approve time sheets. You can also easily search for time sheets via the dashboard and you have access to your digital file, including invoices.


For intermediaries (employment agencies)

As a broadcaster, you can register employees, send push notifications to communicate even faster with your target group and view various management reports for a complete overview. If a flex employee or hirer has not installed the app, they will simply receive an email.
