The 'My Lifestyle Coach' helps you to permanently change your behavior and achieve your health goals. This method was developed in collaboration with behavioral scientists and lifestyle experts from FoodFirst. Our experts coach you through motivational videos, practical exercises, handy schedules, smart tips and of course delicious recipes. So you are not alone!

Goals
Depending on your personal motivation, choose goals to work towards. For example, moving more, eating healthier or relaxing more often. You then choose a matching challenge, a mini-change program: in a short time you will work intensively to improve a certain part of your lifestyle. For example, opt for healthier snacking for a week, a cardio boxing course (at your level) or a two-week meditation course.

Step by step
During a challenge we help you step by step to achieve your goal. Because behavioral science shows that small steps give the greatest chance of lasting success. Each day you will be given a short assignment to focus on that day. We make this as easy as possible with handy videos and articles full of tips and inspiration. In addition, if you wish, we will send you emails and push notifications to motivate you. And in the nutrition challenges you get recipe inspiration every day to achieve your goal.
