Chrome uses 2 combined datapoints to collect location: the GPS and global IP. This can only spoof the GPS location, to do IP spoofing a VPN is required and no Chrome extension can do anything about that. For everyone giving one star reviews, you probably don't have a VPN and you're just upset that the digital world isn't as simple as you had hoped. This does what it says it does.
