Из прочих опробованных в выпавшем по поиску списке - (на текущий момент, на Хроме, для Твича) работает, лучшая скорость, самый большой выбор. Иногда, правда, начинает спамить запросом ника/пароля к прокси-серверу, не уверен, что с этим делать)
