Please add skip OTP option,the most difficult part of the new rt-pcr app is we want to call the customers for otp. we lose a lot of time because of this. it takes long time to understand the things of otp to customers, even after this, some people refuse to give otp. they think its part of fraud activities. this can be skipped to some extent if there is a skip otp option.

After latest update -when we are entering the rapid antigen requests it asks for patient ID .. we enter that and finally submit form with report - app auto-generates a new patient ID. That's a huge glitch and beats the purpose. Once the patient ID is fixed by us it should by fixed as that. Like in a lot of hospitals, the patient is is fixed as the hospital number for ease of retracing and entering repeat test. Now we can't do that because the app generates a new ID which only lab people can see.
