The District Administration gives permission for various type of activities to the Citizens, NGO other Organisations. The application is given to the authorities with supporting documents for granting of such type of Permissions.
The type of permissions are Permission for Band in Marriage, Permission to Hold Protest by Political Party, any function to be held by School, Religious Procession Permission, Permission to sit on strike, Permission for Vehicle to carry Material, Permission for Film Shooting etc. the application is got verified by the Authority from Police and after getting report from Police, the Permission for said date and time is approved or rejected.
ePermissions mobile app provides this whole process in this mobile app. Citizen will apply on the app and know the status of his application, Authority will forward the application online to Police for verification and after getting NOC details from Police, the application once again will be received by Administration. Administration will approve or reject it , citizen will be able to know the status of his application and he can download the approval letter.
This app is implemented in District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh on pilot basis and is likely to be replicated in all the Districts of the State in next stage. The app is complete solutions for the role based workflow system covering Citizen, District Administration and Police Authorities. The app can be adopted by any of the District in India as the process remains the same everywhere.
