Sadly, I am looking for alternative options at this point. This happens on both our student and staff Chromebooks. |

I have tried multiple times, no problems with my network and there are many many things I need to retrieve from the app that I cannot get anywhere else as well as the beginning of a book I am writing and so losing everything would be detrimental to my mental health and my life in general, so please help me so I can retrieve this info and give you 5 stars! |
