Aria2c Integration 2 is a Chrome extension that allows you to download files with aria2 using capturing rules you set, and adds a context menu item for easy downloading. It provides a quick view of tasks and allows you to pause/unpause or remove tasks. Requires aria2c with RPC enabled.

Works very well, but not easy to set it up fully. As the Overview says, this extension captures new download tasks and sends them to aria2 automatically. Aria2 is an ultra fast download utility, but a separate program. It is simple to add this extension to Chrome, but aria2 have to be downloaded, installed and configured also, so that this extension can communicate with it. I don't know how easy to do that on other operating systems, I have Linux Mint 19.2 and it was quite a challenge. Fortunately Tomas, the developer was very helpful and following his extra guidance and researching a bit more on the internet I could finally solve it. Anyhow, I enjoyed the challenge and succeeded at the end. :)
