The extension provides easy ticket creation with an annotated screenshot. Now, it supports Trac (*1) and Redmine (*2).

We plan to be able to send to other Issue tracking systems (e.g. MantisBT, Bugzilla, JIRA, etc...).

Looks promising and mentions JIRA in the overview but currently doesn't' work. I hope you add/fix JIRA support soon.
