When you are opening a new link, before the site is loaded we are often welcomed with a short flash of white light. It is annoying. This extension is here to protect your eyes.

Excellent extension and delivers as promised. Can You add an option to increase the speed of the animation as it is distracting and slows down navigation?. I would like to be able to set that transition animation to be faster.

finally something that works!! been getting headaches from the flashing when switching between or loading new tabs on chrome for ages and it was driving me mental. i think we should at least have the option to turn off the fade in entirely since it gets very annoying on websites that load a new page whenever you switch between areas (like archive of our own)
